Remember to include Date, Time, Who, What Happened, When the incident occurred, Where the incident occurred, Witness names, contact information and relevant information.
If a vehicle was involved include location or address, approximate year, make, model, colour, rego and direction of travel. Driver and passenger’s description. Number of people involved, if weapons were involved, and any information you feel is relevant. If you have reported this before please include any reference numbers or identifying information.
This information will be passed on to the New Zealand Police.
